The Alumni

"Long ago, many mysterious objects were scattered throughout the Esmerelda Isles. These objects radiate magical power, and are always found at certain locations. Each of these Relic Weapons contains a mystic power unique to that weapon; the only trait each of these weapons share is that they are entirely indestructible. Very few are able to free these powerful weapons, but those that can are known as the Alumni. Alongside their affinity for ancient weaponry, the Alumni boast another unique ability: The ability to negate a mage's spells."

Vajra

An incredibly ornate bow, which seems to change size from a standard bow to a greatbow depending on the user's preference (One time only upon receiving the weapon.) Vajra doesn't seem to require arrows- whenever one knocks an arrow into it, the arrow will simply snap in half. When the string is drawn without an arrow, two pure energy-based projectiles will form, ready to release as a normal arrow would. The Alumni may choose separate targets for both arrows, but both arrows must be fired at once. Found entangled within seemingly indestructible branches and brambles along a grass knoll in the Campus Grounds. The Alumni who chooses this weapon will find the entanglement will shy away from their touch, allowing Vajra to be taken.

Alumni Gear: Bladed Handguard

The gear that Vajra receives is a metallic attachment to the outer limbs, matching the weapon in ornate elegance and intricacy. The handguard itself resembles a scimitar to some degree, in that the 'top' portion consists of a large blade, while the entirety of the bottom portion serves as an additional handle, with a small crossguard positioned near the sight of the bow. Despite their differences, both sides of the sword are weighted to be balanced identically to each other. The cut rating of the blade is equal to that of Vajra's normal arrow pierce rating, and the wielder is capable of pulling the attachment off and using it separately at any time.

Tier 1: Rapidfire Seige
The gear can now grow larger or smaller separately per the caster's will, and when the handguard is pulled off, the grip-section of the attachment makes use of this ability by fully shifting into a proper handle/wielding shape, becoming much easier to use. When in this form, the wielder can adjust the scimitar's guard to lay perpendicularly against Vajra in a way that pushes the blade's tip past the sight and causes the crossguard to pull against the bowstring. When in this position, the string no longer needs to be manually pulled back to fire, and likewise, this cuts the draw time to practically nothing, allowing for arrows to be shot instantly at a rate of 2 shots per second.

Tier 2:  Rebound Frantic
Vajra and its arrows are now more strongly interconnected. Each shot come with 2 more energy arrows capable of aiming for individual targets, equating to 4 per shot. So long as the wielder is in contact with the bow, all arrows also now have the ability to bounce off of solid surfaces with great precision akin to having been shot and aimed from the position in which they bounce, albeit each arrow may only bounce in this manner once.

Tier 3: Embrace of the Hunt (Locked until Grand Alumnus)
Per the wielder's will, Vajra is now capable of putting off a 6-foot dome around itself, enveloping everything that comes into contact in a field of complete invisibility and silence. Upon leaving Vajra's Embrace, this effect remains for an entire post rotation after leaving or 10 seconds afterward. This effect also applies to any spells or projectiles that pass through EotH.
